• While packing with Nitrogen Band Sealer the quantity of nitrogen varies from pouch to pouch and also there is lot of wastage.

Weight Variation

• Less weight creates market complaint
• Excess weight gives loss
• Manual weighing and checking is unreliable
• Cup Fillers give too much weight variation
• Raw-material costs are consistently increasing, without weight accuracy it is difficult to survive

Chain Format

• Sells only in Chain form, can’t be packed manually
• One pouch damaged whole chain goes bad.
• High market demand is for smaller weights which sell only in chain format

Manual Packing Method

• Manpower not available
• Unable to Scale up
• Extremely low productivity
• Unable to complete orders in time
• Customers demand more but unable to supply and fulfil demand
