Laminate Wastage
- In poorly designed machines, lot of laminate is wasted in setting and change over
Poor Date Code
- Poor printing quality affects brand image.
- Gets rubbed off easily which affects sales and has legal implications
- Can’t print Bar Code / QR Code
Improper Sealing
- Pouch opens from Sealing in market
- Even if one pouch has sealing issue then whole chain is damaged
- Half-Pneumatic machine has vertical sealing problem
- Mechanical machine has both vertical and horizontal sealing problem.
- Lot of material comes back from market because of sealing problem
Nitrogen leakage
- Nitrogen Leakage causes less.
- Lot of material comes back from market.
- Even if one pouch leaks in whole chain of 10-12 pouches then the whole chain goes bad.
- While packing with Nitrogen Band Sealer the quantity of nitrogen varies from pouch to pouch and also there is lot of wastage.
Weight Variation
- Less weight creates market complaint
- Excess weight gives loss
- Manual weighing and checking is unreliable
- Cup Fillers give too much weight variation
- Raw-material costs are consistently increasing, without weight accuracy it is difficult to survive
Chain Format
- Sells only in Chain form, can’t be packed manually
- One pouch damaged whole chain goes bad.
- High market demand is for smaller weights which sell only in chain format

- Manpower not available
- Unable to Scale up
- Extremely low productivity
- Unable to complete orders in time
- Customers demand more but unable to supply and fulfil demand
