Standard Rice packets, which are available in market are of 500gm or 1kg and also 5kg, and we have machines, which can pack from 500g and 1kg & 5kg, 10kg, 25kg and 50kg also. Switching from a weight setting to the other weight setting should be easy, so the machine should be easy to run. Handling the manpower becomes more and more challenging as the quantities increases. It is possible to pack multiple net weights in the same machine. The machine stores all parameters in its memory. Each pouch width has a different laminate width. Different forming chutes or forming collars pack different laminate widths. The batch coding unit can print different lines on the pouch. The basic machine comes with a pneumatically running coding machine, however the ribbon coder is optional. This batch coding unit enables the user to print different information like its Weight, price, batch Code and manufacturing date.

Our rice packing machine is capable of making chain of single or multiple pouches. Furthermore, conveyor is optional, to pull out the ready pouches from the machine. The weighing heads can vary from one, two to four as a result, the customer gets flexibility in selecting the machine on parameters such as there speed and budget.
