Atta Packaging Machine – Solution
In our Atta Packaging Machine the atta/ flour is loaded in the top hopper from where it flows down through a vibratory feeder. Finally, the bag is clamped in the machine and the atta gets weighed directly inside the empty bag. Once the target weight is achieved the flow stops and then bag can be removed from the atta packaging machine. Then it is sealed in a band sealer or a pneumatic sealer.
Weight can be easily set in the touch screen display panel. The electrical panel is sealed using gaskets so that the powder does not enter the panel and electronics is safe. It can store multiple settings which can be recalled with the click of a few buttons.
Our Packing machine is a low cost variant and occupies very little space (4′ x 2′ of floor area) and consumes very less electricity (250W). It is a very economical solution for packing atta by weight.
