The choice of bagging system depends on the bag size, for bags widths lesser than 7″ a chute bagger coupled with a weigher is recommended. For higher bag sizes and higher production volumes a collar bagger with a weigh filler is a more appropriate solution. The choice of number of heads of weighing depends on desired production levels. Typically the linear weighing solutions are one weighing head, two weighing head and four weighing heads. However for certain special applications we have eight heads also.
